First day back at it, with two days if soup to go for meals. This is going to be hard work.
Operation Dress Fit has begun. 12 weeks dedicated to eatting better and doing more exercise will have me ready for my dress fitting. Goal is 15 kgs in the 12 weeks. Totally possible, however I woild be happy with 10kgs. Currently at 94.6kg want to get to 79.6kg!
Just gotta focus on myself more and set some goals.
Todays goal of a 5am start didnt happen. The snooze button went back on, but I will do exercise tonight. A 3km walk with the dog, and then if I can another 3km walk/run by myself.
Food today consists of soup for lunch and dinner. One apple, some rosted almonds and a protein shake with 1.5 litres of water to wash it all down.
So far half way through the day and am going well. Gotta keep it up, only 83days to go!
