6.47km done today and eatting was spot on. Two days of Gold Star achieved, pretty happy with that.
Next two days meals are planned. Egg, bacon, bread, tomato, mushroom for breaky yummm. And tuna cakes with spinach for lunches, can't wait.
I'm going to have a rest day tomorrow from walking and maybe just do some free weights or rower instead.
Will see.
