Holy crap the days are going by quickly, yesterday I didn't do fantastic but it wasnt a fail. Looking back I'm thinking it's because I had no protein with my lunch so I was starving. I had four silces od bread with natural peanut butter, that really I shouldn't have. So not a gold day but a silver pass anyway. The rest of the day I did really well.
Great news at weigh in this morning down on 92.6kg already, wahoo very happy. Hopefully I smash weigh in tomorrow morning for official weigh in day. Started at 84.6 last Sunday so down 2kg, but hope to be down more :)
My mindset is really good at the moment. Just got to keep it up! Wahoo.
