Today weighed in and am down to 92.9... sunday will see how we go. Id like to be down to 92.2 if possible!!

Not long to go just a bit over a month till done with operation dress fit.
Called the bridal store today and they dont do the fitting till 6 weeks out. So early august probably. They call when the sress is in and then arrange a fitting.
So I have more time than I thought but sticking to it.
Well its almost the end of day 41 and I did okay. Feeling good with no anxiety and went to the city for my shoes of prey fitting and styling and boom, its done!
Going home to work out on the rower for a little bit and have some chicken and salads.
The protein added to my diet in large amounts really does keep you fuller for longer. Along with water. But can definitely notice that in just a small amount of time.
Bring on tomorrow!
Okay so I feel off the grid for 38 days and pretty much am not where better than I was. But!! Back at it from yesterday.
Looking at smashing the scalls this week. Can't wait till sunday.
Holy crap the days are going by quickly, yesterday I didn't do fantastic but it wasnt a fail. Looking back I'm thinking it's because I had no protein with my lunch so I was starving. I had four silces od bread with natural peanut butter, that really I shouldn't have. So not a gold day but a silver pass anyway. The rest of the day I did really well.
Great news at weigh in this morning down on 92.6kg already, wahoo very happy. Hopefully I smash weigh in tomorrow morning for official weigh in day. Started at 84.6 last Sunday so down 2kg, but hope to be down more :)
My mindset is really good at the moment. Just got to keep it up! Wahoo.

Day 81 has been a good day also.
This is feeling more easy this week, I guess it's because I'm in the right frame of mind. Looking forward to my Sunday weigh in which seems crazy.
Yesterday had a rest day from exercise, my left leg hurt really badly. Today it was better and did another 3km walk in the evening. So very happy with my progress and commitment so far.
Current 84.2kg
6.47km done today and eatting was spot on. Two days of Gold Star achieved, pretty happy with that.
Next two days meals are planned. Egg, bacon, bread, tomato, mushroom for breaky yummm. And tuna cakes with spinach for lunches, can't wait.
I'm going to have a rest day tomorrow from walking and maybe just do some free weights or rower instead.
Will see.
So exercise done for today goal of 3km complete. Totally felt like carbs (bread)after the walk but stayed away. Walk was pretty slow today cause it was so sweat and slippery from the rain.
Off to eatvmy soup for dinner. Sooooo hungry. Hopefully it will pass soon.
Dress Fit continues, with almost one day down.
First day back at it, with two days if soup to go for meals. This is going to be hard work.
Operation Dress Fit has begun. 12 weeks dedicated to eatting better and doing more exercise will have me ready for my dress fitting. Goal is 15 kgs in the 12 weeks. Totally possible, however I woild be happy with 10kgs. Currently at 94.6kg want to get to 79.6kg!
Just gotta focus on myself more and set some goals.
Todays goal of a 5am start didnt happen. The snooze button went back on, but I will do exercise tonight. A 3km walk with the dog, and then if I can another 3km walk/run by myself.
Food today consists of soup for lunch and dinner. One apple, some rosted almonds and a protein shake with 1.5 litres of water to wash it all down.
So far half way through the day and am going well. Gotta keep it up, only 83days to go!
