Day106: The day before it begins

Gosh, a whole heap of time has past and I just keep getting fatter and fatter.

I'm at my all time heaviest as of today, I cracked 90kg.. 90.2 to be exact. So here lies the challenge.

15 weeks, 105 days, 15kg

How am I going to achieve this?

Check in day is Thursday Mornings, I hope to do weigh in and measure.


The Plan this week
Week 15
Days 105-99

Food: Celebrity Slim for the week and a good dinner, with two snacks a day
Exercise: Five days at the gym (two cardio, three weights+cardio), Dancing on Saturday

God I have to get this down! I hope to do photos tomorrow morning too.. thinking of videoing my progress also.
