Day 99: Is that all?

Wow, only 99 days to go. And I just couldn't help myself, I stepped on the scale not log ago, and it varied a little but the average of all of them kept coming up at 86.9kg. And gawd am I happy with that! Hang on, I just thought that couldn't be right so I went and checked again. yep 86.9kg. Awesome. A 3.3kg loss in a week. And I have 14 weeks to go.
Maybe I'll be able to do more than my original goal of 15kg? Although in saying that, I won't change my goal yet, I still have a fair few kg to go to get to 15, and sure enough there's probably going to be a plateau or two. And honestly I didn't do a big significant amount of workout during the week. Just one day at the gym, dancing and that's about it!
So I am super duper happy with the week.

Now I guess I just have to plan for week 14, do I stay on the shakes for one more week? Or should I go back to food again. I think food and then I think no, the shakes.
Reason why I think I should go back to food... variety?
Reason why I think I should stay on the shakes? It worked all this week, I was able to stick to it and I haven't faulted once. One more week of it, may put me in a better mind frame for the rest of the challenge?

I think I will do one more week on shakes.
Super happy with week 15's effort, very proud of myself. And it seemed to be a lot easier when I wasn't being watched over by anyone, since no-one was really aware of anything. P did ask me if I was eating better, or something along those lines, but I said no. I really don't want someone watching my every move to make sure that I fail.... anyway another week to go of shakes, here I come! I'm hoping for 1kg at the end of this next week.
