Okay, so its the beginning of eating well and exercising. ... It feels like a punishment, but I guess maybe it should be.
Today I did my celebrity slim shakes, had an apple, steamed salmon with veggies for dinner. Dinner was great, but its a few hours later now and I'm still hungry. I want to have desert but I've had enough desert to last me a long time.
Tomorrow will probably be a harder day.
As for exercise I was half way through and didn't think I could make the half hour of cardio, but I did it, and I'm happy because I did the whole half hour and I worked at it.
I'm going to get a charge for my shuffle so I can put some good work out tunes on it to help motivate me. So far so good. 6 days left of the shakes diet, then I will reassess.
