So there are 122 days till my cruise. Fast approaching and I'm not doing any better. So to fix my habits I'm putting myself on a 6 week challenge again. Gotta be ultra tuff but I know I can do it. And this time I'm aiming to meet the 10kg goal I was short of last time. I weighed in this morning at 92.5kg so thr goal is 82.5. Very achievable. Getting super strict is going to help.
I saw a photo last night of a girl in my training group who has just smashed her weight loss. She looks amazing. I know if she can do it I can do it. Just about being organized and being consistant.
Here we go... ready to smash it. And be bikini ready for my cruise. Lets sweat!
