No Excuses 6 Week Challenge

Only 116 days till my cruise thats 16 weeks. Time to do two challenges within that time. Achievable. I just have to cut the shit outta my diet again. Food is my key.

I've ordered lite n easy for delivery Tuesday to help me get started. But I am starting tomorrow. I looked good when I finished the last challenge. This time I can look better. I have the discipline for it. Only I myself can do this. The challenge was just an idea. I just have to follow through with it.

Day 42: 6 Week Jax Challenge

So there are 122 days till my cruise. Fast approaching and I'm not doing any better. So to fix my habits I'm putting myself on a 6 week challenge again. Gotta be ultra tuff but I know I can do it. And this time I'm aiming to meet the 10kg goal I was short of last time. I weighed in this morning at 92.5kg so thr goal is 82.5. Very achievable. Getting super strict is going to help.

I saw a photo last night of a girl in my training group who has just smashed her weight loss. She looks amazing.  I know if she can do it I can do it. Just about being organized and being consistant.

Here we go... ready to smash it. And be bikini ready for my cruise. Lets sweat!

Day 147: Not Bad

Feeling better today. Hard PT session, did my first box jump, they are majorly hard. It sure got my heart rate up, big time.
Food wise was okay except for chocolate. And weight watchers ice cream :/

8 weeks to the raw challenge and I'm concerned but at the same time not. Monday is the first week of my personal three week eatting challenge.

Day 149: Feelin crap

Booked my cruise today. Totally happy about it.  Need to really buckle down if I really want to get to 69kg in 20 weeks. Currently my last weigh in was 81.5kg. Which is 11.6kg down since March (4 months).

This last week I have been back eatting terribly. And I can feel it. Heavier, not motivated, sorta depressed, uncaring, all down hill really.
