Ok... so here's the thing. I guess I'm starting this to track my weight lost adventure, which has been a weight gain adventure for most of my life, and the last few years I've been trying to loose weight - sometimes hard core, most times more complacent than anything.
I find I've become more serious lately and I'm slowly getting closer to my goal... slowly! I hope that I can vent in this blog mostly about weight, the rest of it will probably just be my random ranting of self involved nonsense.

Trying to think of what the html code for a line break I cant remember exactly so I give up. It's been quite sometime since I tried to code something in html on the net. So I settle for just putting a couple of lines between my post. In talk of html, I must say the new blogger is very user friendly, even an idiot could edit their layout the way they've updated it since the last time I used it... which was probably last year sometime!
So I acctually got back on the be good eating food and exercising horse on monday 17/11/08 but I've decided Wednesdays are my weigh in days again, so I have conculded that today is day Zero... probably not the best thing to do was to have Red Rooster today for dinner... hmmm, but I just couldnt be bothered cooking and I figured the only really bad thing I add was the chips... which yes was half the meal of the quarter chicken and chips - so sue me I've been good for three days, thats a record (I think)!
But overal today I give myself a pat on the back, went to the gym after working overtime at work, did my Wednesday routing of Running, Weights and Cycle :) very please with myself, I'm a little tired but thats to be expected since I haven't really exercised properly since I went on holidays last month, so back to it! YEAH! Horray.... hehehe.
I've also been proud the fact that I've made my lunch all week, and dinner (except for today) since Phil's been at Managers Camp (training) andddd I've managed to keep the house tidy and finish all the outstanding washing that had to be done.
Anyway I'm trying to figure out if I should have a set time in which I want to achieve my goal of 69.9KG... I'd like to be that size by my 25th birthday in March, but I don't see that happening... let me calculate how many weeks away that is... 15 weeks and 5 days away - so lets say just an even 15 weeks... hmmm.
15 weeks / 6.3KG = 420g per week
