Well by jingos, its a new year, and since my lowest weight about 9 months ago, i've put on an astonishing 13KG... hmmm how that happen... well I'd like to say I'll never know, but the truth is I do know... eatting bad foods, blocks upon blocks of chocolate, not going to the gym at all, no netball, the list really goes on.
So today I'm back, I'm on holidays from work, and planning last night what todays meal was going to be surely has worked... well up until lunch time. I've been to the gym already and plan to go again this afternoon, because step is on, and I havent been to that class in AGES, and I loved that class.
When I went down to the shops today I walked down instead of driving, and I've almost had minimum intake of water today and I've still got the rest of the afternoon and evening to go.
Sitting on the computer all day was a no no today, and it has very much helped me get the kick start I was after.
The only problem I forsee is the upon coming trip to Parks. Will I be able to keep up eatting right, whilest on holidays? Hopefully I'll be able to plan well enough so that it shouldnt be TOO bad!
I have discovered my love for fruit salad as of late, and plan to put more of that into my meals over the next few weeks.
I'd love to be back down to my old weight by the time my birthday rolls around in March, its a big ask, but at least that's where I'm headed.
Hopefully this year I'll join another netball team at lakehaven or tumbi, the netball two nights a week was really good for me.
Netball season should start again in late Feb early March, and I plan to sign up again for Kanwall. Should be lots of fun :)
